We loved living in The Oaks during our time in Lawton. We have lived all over the world and our home in The Oaks was on par with the finest homes we have lived in. When we first arrived in Lawton we knew our stay would be short and we were initially looking for something to rent. After an exhausting and unsuccessful search for a rental we were contacted by Whitney. She assured us that an investment in The Oaks was a good decision and that this would be a wonderful community to reside in during our time in Lawton. We came out to The Oaks and found a beautiful home which we were able to move into immediately. After living in our home less than two years retirement called us away from Lawton. Ron and Whitney agreed to resell our home for us. In less than 7 weeks we had a full price offer on our house and sold it for nearly $18,000 more than we originally bought it for less than two years earlier. The process of buying a new home in The Oaks has been wonderful! We recommend The Oaks to all of our friends looking at homes. We had been looking to move for quite awhile and after visiting the Oaks and walking through their exquisite homes, we decided to purchase one of them. We have never been happier with a home. We are enjoying all of the amenities the home brings such as a Security System, Sprinkler system, Central Media Unit (CMU). The builder also resides in the Oaks and this is a plus for all. I was having a hard time with moving because I didn't want to repair everything in my old house. Ron Nance worked with us and bought our house so we could purchase our new house in "The Oaks" Working with this Father/Daughter team was a joy!
I must say since we have moved there EVERYONE has been so friendly and helpful. I love my open floor plan so much. The bathroom is awesome with a big walk in closet and Jacuzzi tub. I also love the light that comes in our house from the big windows. The view from our covered patio is amazing! We take a nightly walk around the neighborhood and love the lake that is taking shape in the neighborhood.
