After over 2 years searching for the right house we came upon the Oaks and had a hard time choosing between the fabulous homes but finally settled on one and bought it. We are very happy in our new home. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a quality built home in a great neighborhood. The ownership is caring and neighborhood friendly. The homes are built with the latest trends and are totally turn key (Fence, Security System, sprinkler sytem) They stand behind their homes and are great to work with. We will definitely buy again from the Oaks. Absolutely first class family business.

We had been looking to move for quite awhile and after visiting the Oaks and walking through their exquisite homes, we decided to purchase one of them. We have never been happier with a home. We are enjoying all of the amenities the home brings such as a Security System, Sprinkler system, Central Media Unit (CMU). The builder also resides in the Oaks and this is a plus for all. These homes are top quality and the builder knows each resident personally. The builder and staff stand by their homes to the fullest. After retiring from the US Army, my wife and I had decided to wait a couple of years before we purchased our dream home. After visiting the Oaks and talking with Ron and Whitney, we decided not to wait. One visit to the Oaks and there is a warm at home feeling that you don't feel in every neighborhood. I was having a hard time with moving because I didn't want to repair everything in my old house. Ron Nance worked with us and bought our house so we could purchase our new house in "The Oaks" Working with this Father/Daughter team was a joy!
I must say since we have moved there EVERYONE has been so friendly and helpful. I love my open floor plan so much. The bathroom is awesome with a big walk in closet and Jacuzzi tub. I also love the light that comes in our house from the big windows. The view from our covered patio is amazing! We take a nightly walk around the neighborhood and love the lake that is taking shape in the neighborhood.

Steve and I were spending an afternoon out looking at homes just to pass the time and we discovered Oaks Development homes. We took the opportunity to stop and look and were quite surprised with how beautiful the homes are here.
