About Ron Nance
Ron Nance has been an integral part of the Lawton business community for over a quarter century. Beginning work in the commercial side of Real Estate, Nance earned the prestigious CCIM designation and began investing and developing real estate. Nance’s home development company begins with raw agricultural land and finishes with a turn key product. The Oaks Development Company has become the leader in developing high end luxury homes in Southwest Oklahoma. Nance has maintained the highest standards for quality in both construction and customer service. Nance takes pride in developing neighborhoods where his customers feel right at home. In February 2007, Nance was honored to accept an invitation from ABC’s Extreme Makeover Home Edition to build a home for Sgt. Gene Westbrook and his family.
Ron Nance owns and operates a number of different businesses outside of real estate as well, including a buffalo ranch ranging as large as 2,000 head and 5,500 acres and a gourmet meat business.
