Nance’s wife Susan is a retired teacher from Lawton Public Schools. They have two grown children, Whitney and Brennan, a granddaughter, Sophia, and a son-in-law, Adam Perry. Brennan is a graduate of Brooks Institute in Santa Barbara, CA and owner of Brennan Nance Visuals. Adam is a CPA in Lawton. The Oaks is Nance’s Capstone project.
