Nance has been an integral part of the Lawton business community for the past quarter century. Beginning work in the commercial side of Real Estate, Nance earned the prestigious CCIM designation and began investing and developing real estate. Nance's Construction business has blossomed into one of Lawton's largest. Nance has maintained the highest standards for quality in both construction and customer service. Nance takes pride in developing neighborhoods where his customers feel right at home. In February 2007 Nance was honored to accept an invitation from ABC’s Extreme Makeover Home Edition to build a home for the Gene Westbrook family. He has enough land serviced by city infrastructure to develop and build 1500 homes.

Ron Nance's Commitment to the Community

Ron Nance owns and operates a number of different businesses outside of real estate as well including a buffalo ranch that has had as many as 1500 buffalo running on 5500 acres of prime Oklahoma ranch land. Today Nance contributes to the Buffalo industry with the breeding of very rare and high quality Black Buffalo. He also has taken an active interest in the community and the organizations in which he has been involved including past positions as a Lawton City Councilman, President of the Lawton Home Builders Association, Oklahoma Bison Association President, Director of the National Bison Association and Lawton Airport Authority Board Member. He is currently an active member of the Lawton Economic Development Authority, the Lawton Fort Sill Economic Development Corporation, First National Bank Advisory Board and serves on the Board of the Southwestern Medical Center.
